On to the Moon!

On to the Moon Pyramid. This very straight street is called the Avenue of the Dead.

A whole bunch in the same place. Then, we mounted the bus and headed for the Basilica of the Virgen de Guadalupe.

The original Basilica de la Vírgen de Guadalupe. It has sunk about three feet in the front and they replaced it with a new, much more modern version.

The original miraculous image of the Virgen of Guadalupe. It is mounted high on the wall behind the altar of the new Basilica. There are four slide-walks behind the altar where pilgrims can pass in front of the image.

Erika is shown with the image above her head. This is about 150 feet away from the altar.

After walking through the church Marshall and Mary noticed the sign above their heads.
