There was a traveling medieval carnival passing through the country and it spent about a week there.  There were lots of stalls selling food and various crafts.  We spent a number of hours wandering and talking with the folks and Sallie spent way too much money there.

The Fair took place in the plaza just north of the cathedral.  This is the tower of the new cathedral.

Sallie ordered a special tortilla from these vendors.  They travel all over Europe with this fair and the guy is the owner.

They had a bunch of street performers, including a band and lots of acrobats and pretty girls.

Jugglers with boys who volunteer to assist with the act.

They have a parade everyday and this is the band.

This pretty girl was spinning some sort of balls with ribbons and the two guys behind her were tossing spinners on a string between two sticks.

Two knights on "Horseback" were actually stilt performers.

Tea and cookies eaten at one of the vendor tents.

Somehow I was able to resist the urge to buy this fine Robin Hood hat.
